- 50% deposit required at time of reservation
- Advanced reservations only
All cancellations must be made within 7 days before scheduled arrival
date and will be redeemed with a gift certificate of same value
that is valid for one year from date of reservation.

- Accomodations are not suitable for small children
- All damages to the rooms by rentors are their responsibility and will be liable for repair of damages.
